Heading on last week of our ab challenge…

This is it..that last week of our ab challenge. I am feeling tighter, just hope I can keep up the clean eating for one more week. Last week was pretty good, but yesterday morning I just had to have some peanut butter toast! But it was on flax toast and was organic peanut butter (yea, trying to make myself feel better..hee hee)

Yesterday was workout C of Turbulence Training

And it went a lil something like this:

1. Chin ups  – 8 reps x 3
2. Ball Leg Curl – 30 reps x 3

1. Siff Lunge – 8 reps x 3
2. DB Incline press – 10 reps x 3 (15 lbs)

1. DB Incline Curl – 8 reps x 3 (10 lbs)
2. DB Decline Tri Ext. – 8 reps x 3 (10 lbs)

GREAT workout! I can feel it in my upper body for sure today!

This morning I have off also and went to gym and did intervals. I still have not missed one workout in months now! YEA ME!! ;)

New moms….we need YOUR help!

So, I’m unsure how many readers check out our website www.womensdietandfitness.com , but I am trying to brainstorm and come up with some new ideas and things to add to open it up to a larger group of women. My first thoughts were to find ideas and workouts for new mothers. I would love to hear your opinions or ideas about things that I could add to help new mothers with their fitness and nutrition goals. If you ARE a new mother or know of someone who just had a baby, leave a comment and let me know what types of fitness information YOU would like to know about or what your struggles are with your fitness goals!

Workout A, Kicks A$$!

I did workout A of Turbulence Training, oh and I am doing the “Hot Zone Fat Loss-12 week training”. I have been non stop sore since last monday! I LOVE IT, cuz it means the workouts are kicking my butt! (Literally I hope..hee hee)

So, day one of our 2 weeks to fat loss went awesome! Wasn’t as hard to eat that many times as I thought, it actually felt better than how I have been eating! It’s also easier cuz I dont have to plan any meals! I know every day what Im going to eat, just have to rearrange things a bit so dont get bored with them.

So, I feel GRRRRRRRREAT about the first day and am really motivated this time to make this stick!
